Replacement and custom parts for greenhouse operations

Most of Ontario's greenhouse vegetable acreage sits between Kingsville and Leamington, and so do we. When a clip, bracket or fitting breaks across hundreds of rows, waiting on an overseas part or buying a whole assembly costs you. We measure the broken part, reproduce it, and document it, so every reorder matches the first.

MATERIALS

Chosen for heat, humidity and light

Greenhouses are warm, wet and bright, and they're cleaned with strong chemicals. We pick the material for the job from the manufacturer's data sheet, not by habit, and record the material lot on every part.

MaterialBest for
ASAUV-stable parts in strong light: clips, guides, covers
PETGTough general parts with good chemical resistance
TPUFlexible parts: bumpers, grommets, grips, seals
PA-CFStiff, strong brackets and load-bearing hardware

Questions growers ask

Can you copy a greenhouse part without a drawing?

Yes. Six photos with a ruler in each shot, or the broken part itself, is enough for us to model and print a replica.

Will 3D-printed parts survive greenhouse heat, humidity and UV?

With the right material, yes. We use UV-stable ASA for parts in strong light, PETG where chemical cleaning matters, TPU for flexible parts and carbon-fibre nylon for strong brackets, chosen from the manufacturer’s data sheet.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One part, a box of spares, or a batch for a new bay. Your first quick replica is free.

Where are you, and do you pick up?

We’re in Kingsville, Ontario, a short drive from greenhouses across Kingsville, Leamington and Essex County. Take a picture of the part with a ruler, or we’ll pick the first one up for free!

What we don't make (yet)

We'll tell you straight when a printed part is the wrong answer. We don't currently make parts that contact food or produce, structural frame or glazing parts, certified electrical components, or load-bearing parts for scissor-lift and people-carrying trolleys. Ask us anyway: if it's not a fit, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.

Start with one part

Send six photos of the broken part (front, back, left, right, top and bottom, with a ruler in each shot), or ask us to pick it up. Your first quick replica is free. If it fits, we keep the model on file so every reorder matches. Need documented parts for a whole bay? Ask for a certified quote with the dimensions we'll check on every piece.
