Design and reverse engineering

• CAD modelling from your drawing, STEP file, sample or broken part
• Reverse engineering of obsolete and discontinued parts
• Design for additive manufacturing: orientation, wall sections, inserts, fillets
• Material selection from the manufacturer's data sheet: strength, heat, UV, chemicals, weight
• Quick replicas from six photos with a ruler in each shot

02 · PRINTED

Controlled additive manufacturing

• Fused filament 3D printing in engineering materials
• Every spool given a lot ID on receipt and stored sealed below 20 % humidity
• Material dried to the data sheet before every nylon build, and logged
• A build record for every job: material lot, settings, operator
• Annealing where the duty calls for strength or heat resistance

03 · PROVEN

Inspection and documentation

• Dimensional inspection to the drawing with calibrated calipers, micrometers and pin gauges
• Parts measured after cooling and conditioning, at 20 °C
• First-article inspection reports
• PPAP-style documentation on request: process flow, PFMEA, control plan
• Material lot traceability and a certificate of conformance with every certified order
