Black Spruce Manufacturing Inc. (Kingsville, Ontario, Canada) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. Last updated November 5, 2026.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form (your name, company, email, phone if you give it, and a description of the part) and any files you attach, such as drawings, models or photos. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote, make and ship your parts, and keep the business records the law and our quality system require.

Your files and drawings

Files you attach are emailed to us and are not stored on this website. We treat drawings, models and specifications as confidential and share them only with people who need them to do your job. Please contact us before sending anything controlled or export-restricted, and we will confirm how to transfer it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and order records are kept for at least seven years, or longer where a customer program requires it. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become an order.

Where it is stored

Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, a hosting provider whose servers may be outside Canada. Your information may be processed where those servers are located.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing brian@blacksprucemfg.com. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
